Your presence to be on the property of THE OWNERS is voluntarily and you assume all possible risks and responsibility for loss, property damage, illness and personal injury. Nonetheless, you assume all related risks, you fully understand that this is a release of liability and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you or your guests otherwise have to bring legal action against THE OWNERS for any personal injury or property damage. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless THE OWNERS, against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation whether through Airbnb or otherwise brought by you or your guests or anyone on your behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.
