Good to know
This "Tiny " home is roughly 300 sq. feet on the inside however the expansive deck outside and incredible views more than make up for the homes size. Located on New Meadows River in West Bath it is not uncommon to catch a glimpse of an Osprey or Bald eagle right out in front of the home. Home is probably best suited for 2 guests with the main sleeping area in the loft however the couch does pullout into a full size bed if 2 additional guests were to want to visit.
Only a short drive away from the historic Maine towns of Bath and Brunswick. Excellent Seafood in season right around the corner at Schuttys !
You may want to check out the Maine Maritime Museum ( 10 minutes)The Old Port in Portland (37 minutes) Popham Beach & Fort (29 minutes) Reid State Park is under 30 minutes as well. And your visit to the area would not be complete without stopping at LL Bean In Freeport just a 23 minute drive down Rte 1. If Whale watching is your thing, head down to Boothbay (roughly 27 miles) and stop off at "Red's" on your way though Wiscasset for a lobster roll!

2 Kayaks, Paddles, Life jackets are provided for our guests. You can walk the Kayaks right over to the boat launch. Please return Kayaks & life jackets/paddles back to the deck when finished.

Beautiful, cozy, lovely spot to sleep soundly and wake up to the view of the water! It rained heavily so the little fireplace was perfect. Jon was very pro-active and helpful to make sure all went smoothly! Thank you!

We had a great time here! It was so lovely to wake to the sight of the tidal river and look out over the water while we ate. We had a closeup view of a bald eagle fishing! It was so cozy and neat. We will definitely come back!

We loved the cozy cottage for our off-season stay. It was lovely to watch the ice shift on the water while we were warm in the cabin. The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed.

Jon’s place was exactly what we needed! My boyfriend proposed in this little spot right after we watched a pair of bald eagles fly over the ice. Great weekend, highly recommend.

Such a calm and inviting little cabin! We wanted a relaxing get-a-way and this was the perfect spot. It is centrally located with easy highway access to all of the tourist attractions. It was so warm and cozy for the winter, we definitely want to return back in the Summer! Thank you again.
